Questions people ask us
Is there an admission fee?
Admission is Rs. 3,000 one time, but it is waived on quarterly and annual plans.
Can I try the gym before joining?
Yes. Book a free one-day trial on WhatsApp and a trainer will show you around and plan your first workout.
Do you have separate timings for ladies?
Yes, ladies-only hours are 10am to 3pm daily with female trainers, plus a separate ladies floor at our Gulberg branch.
I've never been to a gym. Is that okay?
Most of our members started as beginners. Your first two weeks include extra guidance from the floor trainer at no cost.
