Hayat Counsel is a boutique practice founded in 2014 after its principal returned from London chambers. It takes on a limited number of clients each year, mostly family businesses and private estates. Every matter is led personally by a partner from first meeting to final signature.

A 30-minute meeting where we go through documents and give you options, risks and fees in writing.

Fixed quote and paperwork
You approve the fee, we draft, file or appear, and share copies of everything at each step.

Updates till closure
You get a WhatsApp update after every hearing or filing, and a final file once the matter closes.
