How much does the first consultation cost?
A 30-minute consultation in office or on video call is PKR 3,000. If you go ahead with us, this is adjusted in the fee.
Can you guarantee the outcome of my case?
No honest lawyer can. We will tell you your strong and weak points in writing, the realistic timeline, and the costs involved.
How long does SECP company registration take?
Usually 7 to 10 working days once we have CNIC copies, contact details and the proposed names. Name objections can add a few days.
Are your fees fixed or hourly?
Document work, registrations and filings are fixed fee. Litigation is quoted per stage, so you know the cost before each step.
Do you work with overseas Pakistanis?
Yes. Most property and family paperwork can be done through a special power of attorney attested at the embassy or consulate.
What documents do I need for a property title check?
A copy of the seller's CNIC, the fard or allotment letter, registry or transfer letter, and the plot number. We collect the rest from the records.
Is my information kept confidential?
Always. Files are handled only by the assigned lawyer and associate, and we do not discuss client matters with anyone else.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. Visa decisions are made by the embassy. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and honestly presented.
