Questions people ask us
What documents do I need for Umrah?
A passport valid for at least six months, a CNIC copy, two recent photos with white background and, for women under 45, mahram details. We handle the rest.
How early should I book Umrah?
Six to eight weeks for normal months. For Ramadan and school holidays, book three to four months early because hotels near the Haram fill up fast.
Is the northern areas tour safe for families?
Yes. We use experienced mountain drivers, avoid night driving, and check road conditions every morning with local contacts before leaving.
What if the Skardu flight gets cancelled?
Weather cancellations do happen. We rebook you on the next flight or switch to the road route, and any hotel night lost is adjusted.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No honest agent can. We prepare a complete, strong file and tell you clearly if your profile is weak before you pay the embassy fee.
Can I pay in instalments?
For Umrah and international tours, you can pay 40% to book and the balance two weeks before departure. Some bank cards also offer 0% instalments.
