About Frost Rate Card
Every rate, written down
We started Frost in 2017 after watching people get quoted three different prices for the same gas refill. So we printed our rates and stuck to them. The list below is what our technicians charge in every area we cover, updated each season when parts prices change.
- Message or call. Tell us the unit, the brand and what it is doing. A photo of the error code helps.
- Fixed price upfront. For regular service we give the price on the phone. For faults, the technician checks first and quotes before touching anything.
- Work done at your place. Uniformed technician, proper tools, floor covered, and the mess cleaned up after.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How often should I get my AC serviced?
In Lahore we recommend twice a year: once in March before the heat starts and once in July when dust and humidity are at their worst. Units that run all day in shops need it every three months.
Do I really need a gas refill every year?
No. A sealed AC should not lose gas. If yours keeps needing it, there is a leak. We find and fix the leak first, otherwise the new gas will be gone in a few weeks.
Do you repair inverter ACs?
Yes. We repair inverter PCBs on the bench and can read error codes for most Japanese, Chinese and local brands. If a board cannot be repaired, we tell you before replacing it.
What is the visit charge?
The inspection visit is Rs 1,000 inside our service areas. If you go ahead with the repair, the visit charge is waived.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Labour carries a 30-day warranty. Parts we supply carry the warranty given by the supplier, usually 3 to 6 months, and we handle the claim for you.
Can you come the same day?
Usually yes if you book before 1pm. In June and July bookings fill up, so annual plan customers get priority.
