Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments get priority, but GP walk-ins are welcome until an hour before closing. Dental and skin procedures are by appointment only.
What is the consultation fee?
General physician Rs. 2,000, dental check-up Rs. 2,000, dermatologist Rs. 3,000 and physiotherapy assessment Rs. 3,500. Fees are shown before you book.
Will I know the treatment cost beforehand?
Yes. After the check-up you get a written plan with each step and its cost, so you can decide without pressure.
Are your instruments sterilised?
Every dental instrument goes through an autoclave cycle and is opened in a sealed pouch in front of you. Needles and gloves are single-use.
Do you offer instalments for braces or implants?
Yes, braces and implant treatments can be paid in monthly instalments with no extra charge.
Can I get my lab reports online?
Reports are sent on WhatsApp and email, usually the same day for routine tests.
Do you accept health insurance or corporate panels?
We work with several corporate panels in Lahore. Share your card details at reception and we'll confirm coverage.
Are laser and skin results guaranteed?
No honest clinic can promise a fixed result. Your dermatologist explains the expected improvement, number of sessions and any risks before you start.
