Blood pressure that stays down

Home readings, fewer tablets where possible, and a plan you can actually follow.

Blood pressure that stays down, Dr. Ayesha Malik

Overview

High blood pressure rarely hurts until it does damage. I ask patients to bring a week of home readings, and we adjust medicines slowly, with salt, sleep and walking as part of the plan, not an afterthought.

What is included

  • Home BP diary template
  • Medicine review every 6 to 8 weeks
  • Kidney and cholesterol checks once a year
